Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Inpatient Facility

Responsibilities:
Plans, organizes, and implements individualized therapeutic programs with patient/family
Observes, reports and record patient progress and response to treatment
Participates in general departmental maintenance activities
Participates in educational activities
Attends meetings when required
Participates in peer view and other performance improvement activities
Provide accurate, timely reports to primary therapist regarding changes in patient status or issues
Submits documentation that is complete, accurate and thorough and within established timelines

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Assistant program accredited by the AOTA
